Primary Function:

The Human Resource Administrator will report to the Human Resources Manager and will provide payroll and human resources support for the Banjo operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the bi-weekly processing of payroll for all employees. Ensure accurate and timely submissions are made.

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely input, maintenance, filing and reporting of all employee data, including HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Create and generate a variety of payroll reports for internal consumption, for communication to parent company and for various regulatory purposes.

  • Process new hires/terminations; respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.

  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.

  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.

  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years payroll processing experience.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Resourceful and well organized.
