REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

The HR Manager will report into the Global HR Director for BAND-IT. The leader will directly manage the HR Coordinator located in Denver, Colorado.

THE ROLE

This is a key leadership role for the BAND-IT business in Denver. Cultural fit will be as much a factor in this leader’s success as skill set and experience. The ideal HR leader at BAND-IT will have experience and a track record of driving engagement, successful HR business partnership and credibility, servant leadership style with a collaborative and inclusive mindset. Humility, highly driven and strong level of character and team oriented. Scalable to larger scale HR leadership roles. Works closely with Operations Leadership ensures an HR presence with “off-shift” employees (2nd and 3rd shifts).

KEY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. in Human Resources or Business-Related Degree

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Human Resources Generalist role with multi-year responsibility in a manufacturing business.

  • Solid Business Acumen

  • Engagement and DE&I Experience

  • Ability and Experience Working in a Fast-paced, Deadline Oriented Environment

  • Humility and Highly Driven for Team Results

  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication & Organizational Skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

The estimated compensation for this position is $70,800-$90,000, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
