Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) will perform full lifecycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. You have a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to build business acumen quickly. You own the candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates and will join a high performing, results oriented team that wins together.
Conduct detailed intake calls and probe as needed to gain a deep understanding of requirements and expectations
Build comprehensive sourcing strategies with a robust focus on diversity and creatively source and network with candidates
Effectively review resumes for appropriateness of skills, knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; ensure quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up
Provide highly effective consultation and support to hiring managers and HR partners on topics including interviewing techniques, market data and compensation
Strong ability to influence and partner at every level of the organization
Action- and results-orientation. Works with a sense of urgency and drives for results to move the recruiting process forward
Build a pipeline of talented candidates that fit the profile of the company's core competencies
Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process and implement positive changes by constructively overcoming resistance to change
Participate in a variety of individual and team special projects
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or similar or relevant work experience in a similar role
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions and geographies; experience recruiting in Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance is highly preferred
Service orientation and customer focus with the ability and desire to work with HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates
Maintain subject matter expertise by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons
Executive presence, professional demeanor and strong business acumen
Demonstrated sense of urgency and drive for results
Learning agility, adaptability and openness to change
Detail orientation, organizational skills and a commitment to following established processes and procedures
Ability to prioritize and maintain an appropriate workload
Business fluent language skills in German and English
