The Human Resources Coordinator will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: record maintenance and compliance, benefit administration support, leave administration support, recruitment and onboarding support, and special projects.
Assist with new hire onboarding, including prepare employment paperwork, entering new hire data in HRIS and following up to finalize new hire paperwork.
Assist with recruiting administrative tasks.
Assist with Pulsafeeder events tied to engagement.
Process data entry into HRIS system to include employee position changes, leaves of absences, transfers, compensation changes, new hires and terminations
Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all HR files including timely scanning and uploading files, and hard copy filing.
Serves as the HRIS administrator. This includes accountability for the accuracy of all data in the HRIS system, performing regular self-audits, and providing scheduled reports to the team and organization.
Assists HR Leader with various research projects and/or special projects
Update EHS metrics monthly
Maintain and order office supplies as needed
Assist with visitor log and escorting as required.
Other duties as assigned
An Associate’s Degree and/or 2+ years in an HR generalist or administrative role.
A strong desire to learn and grow in Human Resources knowledge.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
A demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate within a team environment.
A demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software programs.
Professional and customer service demeanor.
Must be able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
