The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist position has responsibility for sourcing, assessing, engaging with and delivering highly qualified candidates. Successful candidates will have a continuous improvement mindset and have possess the ability to build business acumen quickly. Quickly adjusting to market trends, this position will be responsible for using a variety of internal and external sourcing tools to creatively approach untapped talent. This individual will provide excellent candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will join a high-performing, results-oriented team that wins together.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Participate in detailed intake calls and assist with probing as needed to gain a deep understanding of requirements and expectations

  • Build comprehensive sourcing strategies with a robust focus on diversity and creatively source, network with and attract candidates

  • Effectively review resumes for appropriateness of skills, knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements

  • Create outreach that captures candidates and evolve messaging to increase response rates

  • Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; ensure quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up

  • Provide highly effective consultation, education and support to hiring managers and HR partners on topics including market data and compensation

  • Strong ability to influence and partner at every level of the organization

  • Action- and results-orientation. Works with a sense of urgency and drives for results to move the recruiting process forward

  • Build a pipeline of talented candidates that fit the profile of the company's core competencies

  • Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process and implement positive changes by constructively overcoming resistance to change

  • Participate in a variety of individual and team special projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Able to create customized sourcing strategies for each search. Creativity and innovation in utilizing multiple sources, tools and technologies to capture talent

  • Experienced in Boolean search. Boolean certifications are strongly preferred

  • Service orientation and customer focus with the ability and desire to work with HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates

  • Executive presence, professional demeanor and strong business acumen

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and drive for results

  • Listening skills, learning agility, adaptability and openness to change

  • Detail orientation, organizational skills and a commitment to following established processes and procedures

  • Ability to prioritize and maintain an appropriate workload. Able to balance multiple priorities and changing priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions and geographies; experience sourcing for Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance functions is highly preferred

  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements, new tools and benchmark comparisons

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

  • 2 or more years of sourcing or recruiting experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • The estimated compensation for this position is $72,000-82,000;

  • This position may be eligible for a bonus of 8%;
